We are an independent team that documents how to set up, log in and troubleshoot the free BitVision app, so camera owners can get the most from their IP cameras, DVR, NVR, XVR and fisheye devices.
We are not affiliated with HEROSPEED or Longse; BitVision is their trademark.

BitVision is the free P2P remote-monitoring app from the HEROSPEED/Longse ecosystem. Pair IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, XVRs and fisheye devices by scanning a QR code or entering a serial number, then watch live or recorded video from your phone — no port forwarding required.
It is available on iOS and Android, with PC access through the free iVMS320 desktop client.
Every step in this BitVision guide is checked against the real app before it goes live — so the screens and menu names you read here match what you see on your phone.
Exact menu options vary by your camera firmware — when in doubt, check the official store listing or the vendor support channel.
Tested app version 26.1.11
Walkthroughs were verified against the current public BitVision release, not an older build.
On both iOS and Android
Each flow is reproduced on an iPhone and an Android phone, since the two apps differ slightly.
With paired IPC / DVR / NVR / XVR devices
Add-device, live view and playback are checked with real cameras and recorders, not just screenshots.

Plain-English steps that we keep current — and we disclose the trade-offs too, including the short pre-roll ad added in v25.x and the paid cloud-storage caveat.
